The Sydney Composites Universal Bolt-in Tunnels are engineered to enhance downforce on existing surfaces like front splitters, flat floors, and more, offering a cost-effective upgrade to your current aero setup. These versatile tunnels can be securely mounted to nearly any flat surface using fasteners, rivets, or bonding through the integrated mounting flange. For optimal results, we recommend recessing the tunnel flange into the existing panel to reduce surface changes and help maintain airflow attachment.

Designed with geometry similar to our extensively CFD-tested Universal Splitter range, these tunnels generate a low-pressure transition zone when installed, significantly improving the downforce capabilities of virtually any surface.
