4 Axis CNC
We offer in-house CNC machining with bed capabilities of 3000mm x 1600mm and Z height of 600mm.
Our expertise combined with the versatility of our CNC has enabled us to produce results as large as 6m long patterns and moulds (machined from foam in multiple pieces) down to detailed Carbon Fibre plate. MDF and Tooling board are often used for rapid prototyping and machining plugs for production moulds.
Spray Booth
2K spray painting and refinishing of all composite items and vehicles, including sun damaged carbon clear coat.
3D Printing
We have multiple high precision 3D printers that produce quality parts for prototyping and testing. These machines enable us to rapidly innovate on designs and manufacturing methods.
We also have 3D scanning capabilities, enabling a high level of accuracy in design and manufacturing.
Industrial Ovens
Our largest oven capacity is 6m x 5m x 2.5m, enabling large pre preg structures to be cured. We also have 2 smaller ovens for smaller projects.
